鈑金機(jī)箱加工中對(duì)各工序和部件的驗(yàn)收也是有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的，一定要注意的幾點(diǎn)：
There are also standards for the acceptance of various processes and components in the processing of sheet metal chassis. The following points must be noted:
1、鈑金機(jī)柜不允許有肉眼可見(jiàn)傾斜或局部歪、扭現(xiàn)象存在。框架立柱與底座垂直度為小于1.5mm。檢測(cè)時(shí)以底座上表面為基準(zhǔn)，以立桿上端內(nèi)沿面為測(cè)量點(diǎn)。
1. Sheet metal cabinets are not allowed to have visible tilting or local tilting or twisting. The verticality between the frame column and the base is less than 1.5mm. During the inspection, the upper surface of the base is used as the reference, and the inner edge surface of the upper end of the upright pole is used as the measurement point.
2、頂框與底座平行度為1小于1mm。監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)為底座上表面及頂框下表面，且互為基準(zhǔn)。也可以通過(guò)測(cè)量六面之對(duì)角線的長(zhǎng)度，相差不超過(guò)2.5mm來(lái)檢測(cè)。有中隔板者，頂框與底座平行度可放寬1.5mm，中隔板與頂框或底座平行小于1mm。
2. The parallelism between the top frame and the base is less than 1mm. The monitoring points are the upper surface of the base and the lower surface of the top frame, and are mutually referenced. It can also be detected by measuring the length of the diagonal of the six sides, with a difference of no more than 2.5mm. For those with a middle partition, the parallelism between the top frame and the base can be relaxed to 1.5mm, and the parallelism between the middle partition and the top frame or base can be less than 1mm.
3、上、下圍框的對(duì)角線之差的值小于1.5mm。
3. The absolute value of the difference between the diagonal lines of the upper and lower bounding boxes is less than 1.5mm.
4、立柱不能有扭曲現(xiàn)象，各立柱與上、下圍框相連的兩端交界線與圍框相鄰平面的平行度為小于0.5mm。
4. The columns should not be twisted, and the parallelism between the intersection lines of each column and the upper and lower bounding boxes and the adjacent planes of the bounding boxes should be less than 0.5mm.
5、支撐插箱的滑道，同一層的左、右滑道所組成的工作面相對(duì)于底座上表面的平行度為1mm，且應(yīng)保證插箱裝入后相鄰兩面板之間間隙之差的值不超過(guò)0.6mm。
5. The working surface composed of the left and right slides on the same layer supporting the plug-in box should have a parallelism of 1mm relative to the surface of the base, and the absolute difference in gap between adjacent panels after the plug-in box is installed should not exceed 0.6mm.
